desert native


There's something about patchwork jeans and big fuzzy furry cardigans... The other day I bought some soft, fuzzy light pink yarn on a complete whim. I'm not sure what I'm going to be knitting, maybe a huge circle scarf? I only know the most basic knit so I can't handle anything too complicated, hah.

    my best friend made me a big grey circle scarf for christmas. i LOVE it .. though her parents/my parents didnt get it .. they were like "ohh .. it's a circle? so like it doesnt fall off?" lol!

    Knitting sounds like fun! I really wish I'd have the patience to learn...but I think I'll stick with my sewing machine for now haha.

    BTW! I'm like..a lunatic for the Harry Potter books so you really may enjoy it if you're not as insane as I am! Haha, sorry my review got you thinking twice! And thanks for the camera advice! I'll definitely put it into consideration; it got really great reviews, but $500 is a bit too much for me at the moment!

    even though i wear an insane amount of black, i really love this look. i like to wear flare jeans just for the heck of it some days, and people are literally shocked that i even wore jeans. hahah

    If you have any questions about knitting, hit me up! There are lots of awesome tutorials and YouTube videos of the different stitches and techniques...that's how I taught myself many moons ago. There's also ravelry.com... my favorite source of knitting inspiration.

    I love knitting, and am actually finishing a sweater made of light pink fuzzy yarn! You should make the the circle scarf though, it wold look really cool!
