making a list, checking it twice

COLLEGE DORM SHOPPING somehow brings meaning to the phrase 'CHRISTMAS IN JULY.' Funny thing is, when I innocently asked my parents how much the limit to my spending was, they vaguely told me to get what I needed. I think it's necessary to clarify that my parents and I have very different definition of needs, but no worries, I have some understanding of self control.

HAS ANYONE ELSE
purchased dishware from Urban Outfitters? The pricing is decent and they have some cool designs. I opted for plain white plates and mugs. One of the plates got pretty banged up on the way over and one of the mugs was nowhere to be found, but the customer service girl I spoke to was pretty helpful with that.

  1. Nice parents, nice shopping budget. ;)

I've never ordered dishware from UO, I probably never will though after seeing that.

  6. Wow you're going all out on that! My first dorm experience I hardly bought anything and just got it while I was there cuz I usually end up with things I don't need. And too bad about that plate, that looks horrible. At least they were nice and helpful though.
