Ordered a few more of these bullet pendants on Ebay. They are cheap! What's really cool about this one is that you can screw the cap off and it's hollow inside. You could easily store a gram of um, something...

Studs are still bangin' and all, but I think grommets deserve some recognition too. I mean, they do show more skin, hah.

mint chocolate kiss cupcake

Minty fresh! These are mint chocolate kiss cupcakes. They contain a generous dose of peppermint extract, tons of crushed mint Oreos, a bit of green food coloring, and a "surprise" Hershey's milk chocolate kiss center. And the combination is divine, they taste like mint chocolate chip ice cream cake when you freeze them. Super fun to make, too.

I am in a serious cupcake-baking frenzy right now; don't know what it is. I like the idea of reinventing classic foods/drinks and channeling them into a cupcake recipe. How do piña colada cupcakes sound? Caramel apple? Strawberry cheesecake? They will become reality. Ahem, in the not-so-distant future...

Cool streets is right. There's a point where all the black leather on top of black leather on top of more black leather, pyramid studs, ratty t-shirts, sequins/glitter, body con and layers upon layers of chains gets to be absolute overkill when thrown on all together. People should realize this. This editorial is a prime example of how moderation is sometimes greater than excess.

In other news, I'm gearing up to move back into my dorm and get back into student mode. Trying to get educated here. Wish me luck...?

Betty Crocker spice cake baking mix + a few cups of grated carrot, a couple extra teaspoons of cinnamon, cream cheese frosting, a handful of pecans/mixed nuts thrown into the blender, and a little heat = nutty spice carrot cupcakes. All I can say is, Betty Crocker is an amazing woman.

Paisley can be good, in small doses, I think...? Still obsessing over these Doc Martens oxfords, pretty sure the rest of the world hates them (outside of the fash microcosm, that is), but you know, I tend to have a certain fondness for things that the majority of people abhor.

As funny as this may sound, I have had enough of summer. I want to get back to uni and classes, get some order back into my life, and get educated, hah.

In other news, I've made a pact with myself to stop cutting my hair for a year and just let it grow. My hair grows at a glacial pace... I'm super jealous of the girls who can have long hair without even trying. So I'm just going to buckle down, and eat supplements and hope. Does anyone have any idea what supplements you're supposed to take, by the way?
